How do I prepare my yard for a bounce house delivery?
Clear the setup area and provide an unobstructed access path at least 36 inches wide, prepare the required electrical circuit, check overhead clearance, secure pets and have an adult age 18 or older on-site. For wet rentals, have a working outdoor water source and a garden hose that reaches the setup spot. Mow one or two days early and identify any underground sprinkler lines.

Our delivery route includes other customers with time-sensitive delivery windows. If we cannot set up because the required access, power, water source or setup area is not ready, our crew may need to continue the route and return later when scheduling allows. If an additional trip is required, an added delivery fee may apply to cover the extra time, fuel and labor.

How should I prepare my yard for a bounce house delivery?

How wide does my gate need to be for inflatable delivery?
Every gate, fence opening and narrow point between the truck and setup spot must be at least 36 inches wide. Unlock gates, clear vehicles and obstacles from the path, and send The Jump Off any required gate or access code before delivery.
What water source do I need for a wet inflatable?
Have a working outdoor water source and a garden hose long enough to reach all the way to the inflatable’s setup spot.
How many electrical circuits does an inflatable need?
A circuit is a group of outlets powered by the same breaker, so two outlets may still share one circuit. Most rentals require one circuit within 100 feet of the setup spot. Some larger slides and obstacle courses require two separate circuits powered by different breakers. Ask The Jump Off before delivery if you are unsure.
Does an adult need to be home for delivery?
Yes. Someone age 18 or older needs to be on-site to walk through the setup area with The Jump Off delivery crew.
What should I do if my yard has underground sprinklers?
Show the crew exactly where underground sprinkler lines run before setup. The crew cannot see lines underground, and unmarked sprinkler lines are the customer’s responsibility.
When should I mow before bounce house delivery?
Mow the lawn one or two days before delivery so the setup area is ready before the delivery window opens.
What happens if my setup area is not ready when the crew arrives?
The crew may need to continue its route to complete other time-sensitive deliveries and return later when scheduling allows. If an additional trip is required, an added delivery fee may apply to cover the extra time, fuel and labor.
