No guessing. Pick the closest match and Ruxx will take it from there.
↘The inflatable is getting softThe walls, slide or bounce area are losing firmness.›
Do not allow anyone to keep playing, climbing or sliding while the inflatable is losing firmness.
- Listen for the blower.
If it is quiet or has stopped, use the “blower stopped” steps instead.
- Inspect, do not disassemble.
Check to see if the blower tube appears twisted, disconnected or loose from the blower. Leaves or grass over the blower intake will also make the inflatable drop in pressure.
- Keep people clear.
Do not let anyone lean on, climb into or stand around a softening inflatable while you wait for instructions.
Send your name, event address, rental name and a photo or short video to (985) 999-6663.
⚡The blower stoppedThe blower is quiet, unplugged or no longer pushing air.›
Clear the inflatable immediately and keep participants away until The Jump Off says it is safe to resume.
- Stay away from wet electricity.
Do not touch the blower, plug, cords, outlet or generator with wet hands or while standing in water.
- Look for an obvious disconnection.
If conditions are completely dry, visually check whether a plug or cord has become disconnected. If no breaker or GFCI is repeatedly tripping, try the existing cord in one other outlet on a different circuit.
- Call before restarting when unsure.
The correct next step depends on your inflatable, blower setup and circuit requirements. We’ll tell you exactly what to do.
Send your name, event address and what the blower is doing to (985) 999-6663.
!Weather just changedWind, lightning, heavy rain or severe weather is approaching.›
Act early when wind increases, lightning is nearby, heavy rain begins, severe weather approaches or the inflatable shifts unexpectedly.
- Move participants to a safe location.
Keep everyone away from the inflatable, blower, generator, cords, stakes and standing water.
- Do not alter the anchoring.
Never loosen, move or add to the stakes, sandbags, anchors or tie-downs installed by our crew.
- Call for rental-specific instructions.
Follow the labels, manufacturer requirements, rental agreement and directions from The Jump Off for your exact unit.
Send your name, event address and what the weather is doing to (985) 999-6663.
✕I see a tear or visible damageA seam, surface, net, step or other part looks torn or damaged.›
Keep participants away from the damaged area and do not resume use until The Jump Off gives you instructions.
- Do not attempt a repair.
Do not use tape, glue, zip ties, patches or any other material on the inflatable.
- Leave the setup as installed.
Do not move the inflatable, blower, anchors, stakes, sandbags or tie-downs.
- Document what you see.
From a safe distance, take a clear photo or short video so our team can identify the unit and affected area.
Send your name, event address, rental name and the photo or video to (985) 999-6663.
⚠The breaker keeps trippingPower returns briefly, then the circuit or GFCI shuts off again.›
Keep people away from the inflatable and all electrical equipment while the circuit problem is unresolved.
- Do not keep resetting it.
A breaker or GFCI that trips repeatedly is warning that something needs attention.
- Stop after a repeated trip.
Trying one different circuit is only for an initial blower stoppage in completely dry conditions. If a breaker or GFCI trips again, do not move the plug again, add an extension cord or rearrange the blower setup unless The Jump Off directs you to do so.
- Stay clear of wet electricity.
Do not touch plugs, cords, blowers, outlets or generators with wet hands or while standing in water.
Send your name, event address and which breaker or GFCI is tripping to (985) 999-6663.
