Do you provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for school events?
Yes. We’re fully licensed and insured, and we provide COI documentation for every school event. We can name your school or school district as additionally insured. Just let us know the requirements and we’ll have it ready before your event.
How many inflatables do we need for a field day with 300+ students?
For a school with 300+ students rotating through stations, we typically recommend 4-6 inflatables depending on how many grades are outside at once. We’ll help you plan the right mix based on your schedule, space, and headcount so lines stay short and kids stay moving.
Can you set up on a school field or parking lot?
Both work great. Grass fields are ideal for staking, but we can set up on blacktop and parking lots using sandbags and water barrels. We’ll assess your space during the quoting process to figure out the best layout.
How far in advance should we book for field day?
Field day season (April through May) is our busiest time. We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks out to lock in your preferred date and units. Schools that rebook annually get priority scheduling.
Do you offer discounts for schools or PTA organizations?
We work with schools on custom packages that fit their budget. The more units you book, the better the per-unit pricing gets. Reach out with your wish list and we’ll put something together that works.
What happens if it rains on field day?
Rain alone doesn’t stop us. Inflatables handle a little rain just fine, so a wet forecast usually isn’t a problem. High wind is the real safety line. If winds get strong enough to be unsafe, we’ll work with you to reschedule. Safety always comes first.
Do you stay on-site during the event?
For large school events we can provide attendants who stay on-site to monitor equipment and help with safety. For standard setups, we deliver, walk your team through the safety guidelines, and return for breakdown at your scheduled time.
