What Corporate Packages Actually Cost

Institutional jobs here run from about $450 (small / one-unit company setups) to about $2,500 (the largest packages we’ve run). Odd layouts, park rules, or custom mixes get a custom quote beyond that ladder. There is no single “typical” mid price. Send headcount, hours, employee-only vs families, and a photo of the yard.

COI & Liability Certificate for HR

Corporate events need a liability certificate, not a promise. We issue COI with same-day turnaround: $1M occurrence / $2M aggregate, plus $25k medical payments (accident). We can name your company as additionally insured. Tell us the certificate holder wording during the quote, not the morning of the picnic.

How Many Attractions for 200+ and 500+ Attendees

Headcount on the invite is not the same as people waiting in a bounce line. Use the attraction math we already publish for planners:

• 200+ to 500+ company picnic / crawfish boil: tents and tables do the real work. Attractions are a station on the side, usually 2 to 4 if families are invited. Obstacle courses and competitive stations beat another trust fall. If you’re rotating hundreds of kids (family day that looks like a field day), use school-side station math, not picnic math. Don’t copy a 4 to 6 inflatable field day onto a boil unless the grades are actually outside.

Employee Appreciation & Family Days

Bounce houses and water slides for the kids, games for adults, tents and tables for everyone to eat together. Split age lanes so toddlers and middle schoolers are not fighting one entrance.

Honest version: setup, breakdown, crew size, footprint, and generators all scale with what you order. Generators are available when you rent them (office-park lawns with two outlets are a generator conversation, not a Saturday surprise). Our crew arrives with enough time to set up what was ordered. Do you have crawfish tables and tents for company boils?

Yes. Large event tents and dedicated crawfish tables, plus chairs. One invoice with the entertainment.

How far in advance should we book?

Spring crawfish season (March through May) and fall picnic season (September through November) are busiest. Book 3–4 weeks out minimum. Larger events with tents and multiple attractions should book 4–6 weeks ahead.

Do you set up at parks, private venues, or company property?

All three. Parks, private venues, parking lots, office grounds. If you need a generator for a location without power, we can provide that when you rent it. We assess space and power on the quote.

What happens if it rains?

You can cancel a Jump Off rental free of charge up to 24 hours before your event and our rental deposit is only $1! The Jump Off does not operate inflatables when sustained winds or gusts reach 20 mph.
