Crawfish boil under a white frame tent with people eating at tables

Crawfish Boils

The tent keeps the sun off and the rain out while everyone crowds around the tables. Most boils we do run 50 to 100 people standing and eating casual. We also rent crawfish tables built specifically for this.

Recommended: 20×30 or 20×40
Backyard graduation party under a white frame tent

Graduations & Backyard Parties

A 20×20 covers a small family gathering with room for a food table, gift table, and 30 people seated. Perfect for a grad party, birthday, or baby shower in the backyard.

Recommended: 20×20
Large corporate event with multiple white frame tents in a Louisiana park

Corporate Events & Family Days

Company picnics, employee appreciation, and team building events usually need the 20×40 for 100 people or multiple tents for larger groups. We handle the logistics so your HR team doesn’t have to.

Recommended: 20×40 (or multiple)

Interior of a white frame tent showing no center poles and open space on concrete

What Is a Frame Tent?

A frame tent uses an aluminum frame structure instead of center poles. That means the entire interior is wide open with zero obstructions. No poles in the middle of your tables, no poles blocking the view, no poles in the way of your dance floor.

This is a real advantage over pole tents (the kind with a big pole in the center that requires staking into grass). Our frame tents work on any surface.

  • No center poles. Completely open interior.
  • Sets up on grass, concrete, asphalt, or pavement.
  • Anchored with weights on hard surfaces (no staking required).
  • High-peak design for a clean, professional look.
  • Commercial-grade white vinyl. Clean and bright.

Tent Rental Questions

What size tent do I need for 50 guests?
For 50 guests standing or eating casual (like a crawfish boil), a 20×20 handles it. If everyone needs a seat at a table, step up to the 20×30 for comfortable spacing with 6-foot rectangular tables.
What size tent do I need for 100 guests?
The 20×40 is your tent. It fits up to 100 people standing or about 64 seated at tables. For a crawfish boil with 100 people rotating through, the 20×40 gives everyone room to move.
Can you set up a tent on concrete or a parking lot?
Yes. Our frame tents don’t require ground stakes. On concrete, asphalt, or pavement, we anchor with heavy weights instead, which makes them ideal for church parking lots, school blacktop, and commercial properties. Hard-surface setups may carry a small additional charge, so let us know your surface when you book and we’ll include it in your quote.
Do you deliver tents to Hammond?
We do. We deliver throughout St. Tammany and Tangipahoa Parish, including Hammond, Ponchatoula, Covington, Mandeville, Madisonville, Slidell, and Lacombe. Delivery fees vary by distance from our warehouse.
What’s the difference between a frame tent and a pop-up tent?
A frame tent is a commercial-grade structure with an aluminum frame and vinyl canopy. It has no center poles, handles wind better, and looks significantly more professional than a pop-up. Pop-up tents are the small canopies you buy at Walmart. Our frame tents are what you see at weddings, corporate events, and festivals.
Do you provide tables and chairs with the tent?
Tables and chairs are rented separately so you only pay for what you need. We stock 6-foot rectangular tables and folding chairs. We also have crawfish tables built specifically for boils. Everything gets delivered together in one trip.
How far in advance should I book a tent?
We recommend booking at least 2 to 3 weeks out, especially during crawfish season (March through June) and fall festival season. Weekends in April and May fill up fast. The earlier you book, the better your chances of getting your preferred date.
What happens if it rains on my event day?
Rain alone doesn’t stop us and it won’t stop your event. The tent keeps everyone dry. High wind is the real safety line. If conditions become unsafe, we’ll work with you on rescheduling. But for a standard Louisiana afternoon rain? That’s exactly what the tent is for.
Can I get a Certificate of Insurance for a park or venue?
Yes. We provide COIs at no extra charge. Parks like Bogue Falaya and Fontainebleau, churches, schools, and corporate venues all typically require one. Just let us know when you book and we’ll have it ready.
Do you rent tents for crawfish boils?
All the time. Crawfish boils are one of our most common tent setups. We pair the tent with our crawfish tables (built for exactly this) and folding chairs. A 20×30 handles about 75 people standing around the tables. A 20×40 covers a bigger crowd of 100.
