So we put it in writing. If our team arrives more than 30 minutes past the end of your scheduled delivery window, you get 10% off your rental total, up to $50. No arguing, no fine-print runaround. We track our routes tight and we show up ready to set up.

- The credit: 10% off your rental total, up to a maximum of $50, applied to your final invoice or refunded to your original payment method.

- What voids it: Delays outside our control, including severe weather, road closures, flooding, or the customer not being available to receive the delivery at the scheduled window.

What if it rains on my party day?
Weather delays are outside our control, so the guarantee doesn’t apply to them, but we’ll always work with you on rescheduling or transferring your deposit. Louisiana weather happens, and we’ve got flexible policies for it.

When you book, we confirm a window that gets your rental set up before your party begins. We build in time for setup so everything’s ready when your guests arrive.
Do I have to do anything to get the discount if you’re late?
