What School Packages Actually Cost

School and PTA institutional jobs run from about $450 (small / one-unit setups) to about $2,500 (the largest packages we’ve run). Custom quote beyond that for odd layouts, multi-day field days, or blacktop vs grass constraints. There is no published “typical” mid price. Send date, school name, grades outside at once, and a field photo.

COI & Liability Certificate for Schools

Schools require a Certificate of Insurance before anything goes on campus. We issue a liability certificate with same-day turnaround: $1M occurrence / $2M aggregate, plus $25k medical payments (accident). We can name your school or district as additionally insured. Send the district wording with the quote, not the morning of field day.

300+ Kids and 4 to 6 Inflatables (Connected)

A field day isn’t a backyard party. For a school with 300+ students rotating through stations, we typically recommend 4 to 6 inflatables, depending on how many grades are outside at once. That is not a disconnected FAQ line. It is the same ratio we publish for planners:

Count kids on the field at once, not enrollment. One combo bounce house and a single-file line wrecks a 300-kid day. Mix stations (long obstacle, foam or water, mini golf) so you are not building four copies of the same wait.

Inflatables are the biggest draw. We handle setup so volunteers can focus on tickets.

Setup, Crew, Footprint, Generators

Setup, breakdown, crew size, footprint, and generators all scale with what you order. Generators are available when you rent them (two gym outlets will not feed a six-blower day). Our crew arrives with enough time to set up what was ordered. We do not invent fixed hours, a fixed crew headcount, or a square-foot formula on this page. Grass stakes. Parking lots and blacktop use sandbags and water barrels. We assess that on the quote.

How far in advance should we book for field day?

April through May is busiest. Book at least 4 to 6 weeks out. Schools that rebook annually get priority.

Do you offer discounts for schools or PTA organizations?

We work with schools on custom packages that fit budget. More units generally improves per-unit pricing. Reach out with the wish list.

What happens if it rains on field day?

You can cancel a Jump Off rental free of charge up to 24 hours before your event and our rental deposit is only $1! The Jump Off does not operate inflatables when sustained winds or gusts reach 20 mph.

Do you stay on-site during the event?

For large school events we can provide attendants who stay on-site. For standard setups, we deliver, walk your team through safety, and return for breakdown. An adult still has to own each station.
